Taiwan Beef Noodle (Chinese Kitchen)

Hongkong

They charge for tea, about HKD 6/person. If this is your first time trying this type of food, then you’ll be right in their target market. It’s very popular among tourists because of its location.

Located opposite the Prince Hong Kong Hotel in Tsim Sha Tsui, this inexpensive joint is good to grab a bowl of Taiwanese beef noodle soup in an emergency. The décor is traditional Chinese, but don’t expect much of the food quality or the service if you’re a local.

The menu boasts more than 150 items, and favorites include their signature Taiwanese beef noodles, Taiwanese chicken with chrysanthemum, boneless Hainan chicken, roasted goose, Mandarin fish in chili and aniseed sauced, Stir-fried bean curd, and Minced pork in chili sauce. Portions run on the smaller side.

After your meal, you can pop over to Harbour City , one of the areas best shopping centres, or visit nearby Kowloon Park and take a relaxing stroll.

Expect to pay HKD 50 – 150 per person.
