Reviews
I was looking forward to dine at this fine dining Cantonese restaurant during my recent stay at Conrad Hong Kong. I arrived 30 minutes too early before their opening, I was told abruptly to return later. As I was a solo diner, they seated me in a corner table next to the kitchen area. I noticed other customers were seated in bigger tables for 6 or more even though there are only 2-3 individuals in their parties. My order took 30 minutes to arrive, after I checked with the server a couple times. I don't think the shrimp and pork dumplings and BBQ pork bun would take that long. This is not my first rodeo, even in HK. Then when I got my bill, there was an extra charge of the chili sauce which they put on my table without me asking for it. I have had better service and experience at many other restaurants in HK, and I would definitely recommend against dining here.
