Absolutely great food! I'm in Saigon haven. Soda is so bubbly and refreshing that I thought I was drinking non alcoholic champagne. Salad dressing was so aromatic every bite is an enjoyment of the 5 senses. I can smell mint, the sweetness of fish sauce and lime juice. Banh Mi was no exception! Crispy and crunchy on the outside, soft and flavorful at every bite. It took me to Vietnam and back.
The Legend Lives Up to the Hype! An unforgettable dinner at Cô Thành. The authenticity shines through, with over 70% of ingredients shipped from Vietnam to ensure true flavor. Our highlights were spectacular: the fragrant BÒ LÁ LỐT, the crispy MỠ CHÀI & NEM NƯỚNG, and the star—the deeply aromatic PHỞ TÁI BĂM with its incredible broth. The CÀ PHÊ TIRAMISU was a perfect, inventive finale. This is a passionate mission to share authentic Vietnamese cuisine, and it shows in every dish. Warm service, incredible flavors. Highly recommended—I will be back!
Since we were in Pacific Place, we decided to eat at this restaurant for convenience. We ordered phos and the signature bahmi sandwich. Overall, everything was delicious but the price was very high, not surprised but be ready.
Ordered signature banh mi and pho for my first time visit. The banh mi is crispy and I can smell the pate with smooth texture. It's pretty good. However, the pho broth isn't my favorite beef aroma. Later, I found it's cooked with a mix of pork and beef bones. The slice of beef is tender and nice. But, I am not fancy with those sausages and meat ball. The set lunch comes with a drink. I picked viet coffee. Quite disappointed because it is not hot and not cold. Oh... I found it was prepared in advance and kept warm in a pot of hot water.
