Ashley J (“memorytxture”, she/her) is a multimedia artist and cultural translator based in Hong Kong. Since March 2024, she has served over 350 clients from 50+ countries, maintaining a 100% five-star rating.
This photoshoot uses authentic film photography, including the cost of the film roll. You will receive a download link with digitally scanned and edited photos within 5 days. Film photography offers a distinctive color and texture, ideal for capturing Hong Kong’s neon lights, illuminated streets, markets, and Wong Kar-wai style atmospheres.
Services also include proposal, engagement, elopement, and pre-wedding shoots—contact directly for these options. Flexible timing is available, from 30 minutes up to several days, to suit your schedule.
Due to Hong Kong’s unpredictable weather, heavy rain will require rescheduling, shortening, indoor shooting, or cancellation options. Coordination will be maintained to decide the best approach.
About the Photographer
Ashley has lived in Hong Kong for 13 years and is deeply familiar with the city’s best photo locations, including alleys, footbridges, neon signs, rooftops, parks, and diverse buildings. She customizes every shoot according to your preferences but can also guide you to popular spots such as Central, Sheung Wan, Mong Kok, Yau Ma Tei, and Sham Shui Po.
As a literature teacher, multimedia artist, and cultural heritage researcher, Ashley connects with clients of all experience levels — from complete beginners to professional models. She aims to make the experience enjoyable and authentic.
