Dear Management of JW Hotel Cafe, I am writing to express my deepest appreciation and highest praise for the exceptional experience my guests and I had at JW Hotel Cafe on 21 May 2026. From the very first interaction to the end of our meal, every aspect of our visit was outstanding and truly memorable. First, I would like to commend the staff member who handled our phone reservation. Their politeness, professionalism, and efficiency made the booking process smooth and pleasant. Upon arrival, the front desk staff and the restaurant’s outdoor team were equally warm and helpful, providing clear guidance and a welcoming atmosphere right from the entrance. I must give special recognition to your outstanding team member, Godfrey (輝). He was exceptionally attentive, observant, and diligent throughout our visit. Godfrey demonstrated genuine care for the guests, proactively noticing our needs and responding with remarkable thoughtfulness and efficiency. His dedication truly stood out and greatly enhanced our dining experience. Furthermore, the quality of the food was excellent — every dish was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. The restaurant environment was impeccably neat and clean, creating a comfortable and elegant space for dining. Most impressively, the entire service team showed heartfelt dedication to every table. They provided attentive, sincere, and diligent service while promptly clearing used dishes, ensuring the table remained tidy and pleasant at all times. Thanks to the collective efforts of your wonderful team, we felt genuinely happy, relaxed, and well-cared for throughout the entire meal. This level of service far exceeded our expectations and left us with a very positive impression of JW Hotel Cafe. I sincerely thank you for maintaining such high standards and nurturing a team that takes such pride in their work. Recently stayed at the JW Marriott hotel in Hong Kong. On a few occasions I had breakfast and lunch here. Very good buffet service for breakfast but very busy with footfall all around and not really relaxing. Lunch was much better with a more quiet area and less footfall. Service is generally good but not world class as the hotel and reception. Nevertheless recommended to try at least the amazing buffet breakfast.

Celebrating birthday of wife's relatives in JW cafe and they have arranged a special corner allowing us to have a better ambiance for chatting. Everything is great in terms of food, ambiance and services. CP value: $600 per person and I will give 9/10.
