Rustic, warmly lit, low ceilings, glass, traditional Italian-inspired décor, murals, and pottery adorning the walls. Michelin star. Candlelit and romantic. Extensive imported wine list. Fresh, warm breadbasket with dipping sauces…Sabatini has it all.

Seasonal specialties include Sautéed Duck Liver with Peach, Mousse of Duck Leg Confit & Vin Santo Sauce, and their signature Seafood Linguine with scampi, clams and mussels in a fresh tomato and garlic marinara sauce.

Also, the Antipasti bar is highly recommended (and worth it!) which includes specialties like Prosciutto di Parma, Lobster, Crab legs, Mozzarella balls with sundried tomatoes, and “Lai-Liu” shrimp, as well as savory grilled vegetables.

On the weekends, they have a buffet lunch (~HKD 500). In the evenings, they have a live mariachi band is boisterous, but the woman singer has a nice voice. It is located at the Royal Garden Hotel in Tsim Sha Tsui East.

Expect to pay HKD 400-500 for lunch, and HKD 800-1,600 per person for dinner.
