Spring Moon is a classical Cantonese restaurant located at The Peninsula Hotel Hong Kong. The interior is lavishly decorated with silver ornaments, Art Deco touches, and dark wooden panels that give the place a 1920s feel. The dining area seats 246 people.
Spring Moon’s menu features the best dim sum and other Cantonese favorites like the Roast Duck. To add to that, they have an extensive collection of more than 25 kinds of teas brewed by professionally trained tea masters. The tea masters also match the tea with your food for maximum enjoyment. Expect to pay HK$500 – HK$700 per head.
