Lung King Heen
Hongkong
Awarded 3 Michelin stars by the Hong Kong and Macau Michelin Guide, Lung King Heen (which means “View of the Dragon”) is probably the only Cantonese restaurant that has such a rating and can easily be one of the best, if not the best, in Hong Kong. Lung King Heen resides inside the Four Seasons Hotel, with an amazing view of the Victoria Harbour. Its inside is luxuriously decorated with varnished wooden furniture and floors, and a lot of glass vases. It seats 128 people.
Lung King Heen’s menu is categorized into the following: Main Menu, Weekday Dim sum and Set Lunch Menu, Weekend Dim sum Lunch Menu, Children’s Menu, and Chef’s Tasting Menu. The specialties are Roast Goose with Plum Sauce, Braised Whole Yoshihama Abalone in Supreme Oyster Sauce, Baked Crab Shell stuffed with Onion and Fresh Crab Meat, and Wok-Fried Superior Australian Wagyu Beef Cubes with Morel Mushrooms. Expect to pay about HK$200 – HK$500 per head.
