This restaurant feels more on the fancy dim sum One of the people in our group has a peanut allergy, so we made a point of asking the staff several times whether the dishes contained peanuts. Unfortunately, it didn’t seem like allergy awareness was a high priority. Of course, it’s our responsibility to double-check before ordering. However, even after we informed the staff about the peanut allergy, they didn’t proactively tell us which dishes contained peanuts. We had to ask about each dish after ordering before getting an answer. Overall, we felt there wasn’t much attention given to accommodating food allergies, which made the dining experience more stressful than it should have been.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Highly recommend Dim Sum Library! Creative and delicious dim sum. Truffle har gow is amazing. The venue is stylish with great atmosphere. Attentive service, perfect spot for yum cha in Pacific Place. Will come back again.

The vibe is nice. Different from other dim sum place. It is modern. Dim sum is exquisite like handcrafted art. Very eye catching. Taste is also delicious and very fresh for the shrimps. The chocolate mochi filling is lava, serving hot which is surprisingly good. Aroma of the Puer tea is very outstanding. It's mooth when swallow with a fragrant after taste. ------- However, some of the staffs are not up to standard. Especially two female Chinese staffs. We are not regulars and dress "casually". By the look of their faces, you would know we are not "worthy" to be served. Comparing to the regulars next table. There is a significant difference. When finished, She brought the card machine to the next table, served nicely. And of course that regular paid tip in cash very generously too. For us, she put the bill in front of me. When I asked if she would take the machine here for me to tap instead of take my card away. She DIDN'T answer. Ok then she took my card, came back with the receipt told me to sign. Might be waiting for me to add tip on the receipt but sorry no. I planned to but after her service, sorry. Come on, this is not some regular dim sum restaurant (茶樓) , expect equal service inside PP. On the other hand, one older male gentleman is very friendly and nice. He answered my question very politely and patiently.

I tried the $288 dinner set. It comes with a dim sum, a main dish, a staple, and a dessert. The dim sum is good. Main dish which I ordered fish - came in pity size. The staple food - rice with lobster meat - came in more minced pork instead of lobster. Decent location but wouldn’t recommend the set menu. Ordering their ala carte Dim Sum menu might be a better choice

Brilliant. We were in Hong Kong for Art Basel and this was by the far the best place we ate at. It was so good we came two nights in a row, and we’d go again if we were not leaving the next day. Some of the most amazing and fresh flavors I’ve ever had. The Wagyu dumplings were unbelievable. Couldn’t recommend this place highly enough.
