Where do I start, the place itself it’s a state of Art firstly. With the seating arrangements not only they provide indoor but they have for open outdoor amazing seating area giving you the views of Hong Kong buildings & especially at night the scenery is definitely worth visiting. I came across the person who’s name is Wahid, that Gentlemen provided with exceeding & top notch service with his Professionalism, Knowledge in F&B & recommendation for food picking made one of the best days visiting in Hong Kong. I’m highly impressed by the customer service which was given, for the experience & the food aswell. Thank you for making my experience in Hong Kong such worth while, having a great conversations with the staff there all are super friendly & I can’t wait to visit back to create more memorable memories in Hong Kong & at GMS! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Interesting experience at Grand Majestic Sichuan. The design and atmosphere are clearly created more for the evening than for lunch — very 1980s nightclub style. The music playlist felt completely out of place and was terrible for a restaurant at lunchtime. The food wasn’t bad; I ate well and enjoyed what I ordered, but nothing stood out as particularly special. The cuisine also isn’t Sichuan (or even a clear fusion take on it). They clearly aim for a high-quality place, yet the plates and cutlery are worn and old, which undercuts that impression. On the positive side, the wine and spirits selection is excellent. The staff were knowledgeable, kind and professional, though the receptionist didn’t quite fit the style of the place for me. The terrace is beautiful and the space is very generous. The bathroom (located inside the restaurant) is truly original — I really liked it and felt it reinforced the overall concept and design. For nightlife this place would be perfect. For a business lunch, less so. Overall it’s an obvious high-quality venue that tries hard on every detail, but of course taste and style are personal.

My boyfriend and I are visiting Hong Kong for my birthday, and he surprised me here for dinner, and it was an absolute blast. I love sichuan food, and the ambiance of this place was gorgeous, straight out of a movie set with great music. All the dishes we had were amazing, including the (very spicy) firecracker chicken, cucumber, wontons, and fried rice. Huge shout out to the amazing employees here, who gave excellent service. Annick was very attentive and kind, and extremely fun to talk to and was the highlight of the dinner. I definitely recommend this restaurant!

We received a 2 for 1 deal for the restaurant’s Majestic lunch set, which costs $688 p/p. I think it was very good-value, but I probably would not thought so if I had to pay full price. Nonetheless, we liked the spacious and comfy environment, friendly staff and big portions. The cooking is solid, consistent, and all the dishes we tried were fine - we particularly liked the grouper dish. There are no big surprises here, but I think it is a good place for business lunch and special occasions.

We had a fabulous evening at the GMS last Sunday, in celebration of our sisters’ trip and a birthday milestone as well. The ambience was excellent and the food was great. I especially loved the 酸菜鱼 😋,Thank You so much, Chef & team. The service team was very welcoming, attentive and professional. A special shout-out to Yogesh and mixologist Bibek (hope I spelt their names correctly); their passion for their crafts made our evening so much more fun and memorable. We’ll definitely recommend our friends and bring our families to the GMS when we’re next in Hong Kong.
