Fung Shing Restaurant is a traditional Cantonese restaurant which specializes in Shunde district cuisine. Fung Shing means “Phoenix City”, the old name of the Shunde district. The interior is quite spacious, seating up to 270 people.
Fung Shing’s menu comprises mainly of dim sum, and other Cantonese dishes. Shunde specialties are the Fried Prawn on Toast and Minced Quail Meat Wrapped in Lettuce. Afterwards, you can shop for watches and other accessories in Nathan Road.
