Their handmade noodles are awesome, as stated multiple times around the restaurant (including awards on the door). I went a bit crazy and added way too many toppings, so I wound up actually paying almost HK$60 for a bowl of noodles. But they were good, SO good. You could taste the difference, made with TLC!
