Having received its one star in the Michelin Guide, One is one of the elite in Hong Kong when it comes to Dim sum.
One has an a la carte Dim sum menu, where they give you a paper menu and you write the quantity on the space of your order. The specialties are the classic pork Siu Mai, Prawn Dumplings, Barbecue Pork Bun, Steamed Chicken with Four Treasures, and the Fried Dumplings with Salted Meat. Price per head is below HK$100. VERY AFFORDABLE FOR THE QUALITY!
Payment method is cash. Open from 11am-12mn during Mondays-Fridays and at 10am-12mn during Saturdays and Sundays. You can go to the Mong Kok Ladies’ Market before or after your meal. You can also explore the other street market at Yau Ma Tei.
