Reviews
It was an exceptional experience to celebrate our relationship anniversary. They even gave us a little cake surprise for that. All the food are very nice. Feels very natural and you can taste all the natural flavor of ingredients, just in a better and elevated way. Dishes are creative with some very surprised combination of ingredients. One thing to note is their breads are so nice and it is served across different courses. The service is so good. We feel well catered for but not too annoyed.
Highly recommend Feuille's new private room menu, which beautifully captures the sustainable "plant lifecycle" concept through creative and exquisitely balanced dishes like the lobster with guava and the showstopping Millefeuille. The private dining experience offers exceptional privacy and a wonderful sense of ceremony, making it the perfect spot for special gatherings.
Created by renowned Parisian chef David Toutain and Executive Chef Joris Rousseau, this restaurant has not only earned one Michelin star but also a rare Michelin green star in Hong Kong. Adhering to a zero-waste philosophy, the restaurant sources 80-90% of its ingredients from hk local organic farms, even turning scraps into unique sauces and vinegars
This place is a true definition of “Exceptional”. The design of the restaurant is minimalistic, and well aligned with the sustainable focus of the restaurant. Here, vegetables from the kitchen, are stepping out on the floor and complete the table with their simple beauty. The food was incredible, full of flavour and textures play. My personal favourite was the first course, with tomato, prawn and celery, a refreshing explosion of flavour - is the best way to describe it. I was also a bit surprised by the amount of bread I got (it looked like a big loaf), but by the last main course, it was just enough to wipe all the sauce from the plates. Leaving that on the plate, felt like a true crime. I also found it really fun to eat spinach with the wagyu, there were so many textures and flavours, you can’t resist a smile. You it’s soft, crunchy, sour, sweet, earthy and acidic. Speaking of service - team is very knowledgeable about their products and dishes, making jokes, telling stories and complete an excellent experience. One of the best lunches I had in town, coming back for sure
Each dish is beautifully crafted, vibrant in flavor, and elegantly presented. Service is warm and attentive, making the whole experience memorable! A must‑visit for those who appreciate fine dining with sustainability at its heart ♥️
