We arrived thinking we had made a booking but actually did not. Thankfully, the staff at the front desk were very understanding and were able to fit us in for a deep muscular massage and a imperial relaing massage. The environment on the 6th and 7th floors was indeed very relaxing and well-designed. We were led to the tranquility lounge after we got changed, and had a cup of tea with some dried snacks. Afterwards, our massage therapists led us to our room. Out of all the massage places we've visited, we felt that this one really takes privacy to another level. Our room had two beds, and a private hydro area with a square bathtub and shower. The woody elements were really nice. Both treatments were very nice; I specifically loved the deep muscular massage and felt that the protocol was very different from other treatments, so it was very interesting to try. It was our first time visiting and we will no doubt be back to try the massage again.

Overall, Asaya is a wonderful experience with very lovely treatment rooms and facilities. All staff were incredibly helpful, kind, and welcoming at each stage of the experience. The deep tissue massage was excellent with my masseuse, Sharon. Highly recommend for some luxurious pampering while in Hong Kong.
