An incredible, world-class recovery experience. I have tried ice baths and saunas all across Europe (Finland OG method in Helsinki) and Asia (Bali, Chiang Mai and Singapore) , and while this place isn't the most affordable, it is by far the most considerate. They provide swimwear in all different sizes for both men and women, plus two towels. The atmosphere is peaceful and quiet, yet the facilities are top-notch, featuring phone chargers and even a large TV for movies.The facilities are fantastic. There is a reasonably sized sauna with a beautiful interior, one magnesium salt bath, and three ice baths ranging from 10–15°C and 5–6°C. With the addition of an ice shower, there is definitely enough variety for both leisure and sports recovery. My partner had never tried an ice bath before, and the staff provided excellent guidance and introductions to the space. I personally love the social element of the club; they offer different types of activities, ranging from wellness events to rave and cocktail parties. I think it’s an amazing concept. Also, for the ladies: you have everything you need in the bathroom, including hair oil, body lotion, and conditioner, so no worries if you hop in without preparation. I can honestly say this is the best recovery ice bath I have ever been to.
Don’t be deceived when you walk by and think it’s just a coffee shop. Within is an incredible sauna > ice bath (11.4° C) > sauna > ice bath > magnesium pool. 200/10 recommend. ⭐️
I saw an instagram reel on how good the Açai bowls are here, and I planned to try it out this morning, coming all the way from Tseung Kwan O. It certainly didn’t disappoint me, the açai’s texture and taste are all top notch, and the frozen berries and honey brought it to another level. Awesome food to start the day with ! To make this visit even better is the staffs are all EXTREMELY nice, Hong Kong’s staff service no matter in the dinning industry or other services, has always been infamous for being rude and disrespectful, but the staffs here are all very polite and I’ll definitely be back again !! 5 stars deserved !!!! (I also got the Iced Americano but I forgot to include it in the shot 😂, it tasted incredible too)
My partner and I came during the morning off peak and booked via Class Pass, we were both super impressed and loved it. The facilities are very clean, with towels and bathers provided complimentary. I liked the addition of the magnesium hot tub as well. The staff were also great to deal with. Shout out to Jez.
I had such a great experience at the Wellness Ice Bath Club! The place has a really calm and relaxing vibe — perfect for unwinding and resetting. Joanne was amazing — super friendly, helpful, and made me feel so comfortable throughout the whole session. She explained everything clearly and checked in to make sure I was okay, which I really appreciated. Definitely coming back again soon! 😍
