My friend and I were doing a quick trip around East Asia for 10 days, we booked the Kew Green on a whim but it ended up being a wonderful stay. The service was beyond great. The manager on shift, Tommy and the clerk at the reception, Ash upgraded our room out of pure kindness. Very generous. I even left my laptop after checking out and as I was due to transit in Hong Kong after a quick detour, they were more than happy to keep it until I made my way back. Will definitely recommend.
Great Location, Spotless Clean, and Super Convenient! Cleanliness (10/10): The hotel is exceptionally clean. From the lobby and elevators to the guest rooms, everything is spotless. The housekeeping team does a fantastic job daily. Best of all, there is absolutely no cigarette smell anywhere. Room Size & Soundproofing (9/10): The room is slightly larger than Hong Kong's usual standards—there was enough floor space to open a large suitcase completely. Also, even though the hotel is located right next to a busy main street, the room was incredibly quiet. No street or traffic noise disturbed my sleep at all. Safety & Service (9/10): Keycard access is required for both the elevators and rooms, which gave me great peace of mind. The front desk staff speak fluent English and provide excellent service. The clientele consists mostly of Westerners and Chinese tourists; it felt very secure. Accessibility & Convenience (10/10): The location is unbeatable. It takes less than a 1-minute walk to Prince Edward MTR Station. Catching buses is also incredibly easy, making the journey to and from the airport absolutely hassle-free. Additionally, the hotel is surrounded by local restaurants and convenience stores like 7-Eleven and Best Mart 360°. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a convenient, comfortable, and hassle-free stay in Hong Kong!
Everything is good! The hotel was clean and comfortable. You can keep ur luggage at the reception if u arrived earlier. However, they’re so kind to offer me early check in. Hotel is 2-3mins away from the Mongkok MTR
Great service, great staff from the hard working cleaning ladies to the front counter managers. Easy to communicate and accommodating! Stayed for a long extended trip after a week there by myself then joined by the family. Location cannot be beat, a minute away from Prince Edward MTR exit C2, tons of food, street foods, congee, bakeries around the hotel. Kudos again to the staff, especially the manager WILLIAM!!
Kew Green Mongkok is a first‑class Hong Kong hotel for these reasons: Front Desk clerk Tommy let me check in 2.5 hours early because he could see I was exhausted from a long flight. The room was cool, refreshing, and less humid when I entered. Ultramodern décor. Everything looked brand new — plenty of towels, coffee gear, mini‑fridge (about 50°F), desk, and a 52‑inch TV. My only complaint and suggestion is the beds. I understand many Asian travelers prefer very firm mattresses, but American and European guests would appreciate having a few rooms with softer options, such as a 3‑inch gel or memory‑foam topper.
