Tuesday 15th Sep 2026 was my first time trying out N+ Burger. I was at the Fortress Hill branch (101 King’s Road), walked in and ordered through the self-ordering Kiosk for a dine-in Burger and a Tea. The place was super clean, the décor bright & inviting and I LOVE that N+ Burger has the option to swap out the Bread Bun with Lettuce-leaf Wraps instead – a very healthy choice when you’re trying to avoid Carbohydrates, which weirdly, not many burger places offer. When my order was ready, I walked up to the counter but was confused to see 2 Teas instead of one with my Burger. Eric, the gentleman behind the counter saw my confused expressed and proactively thought to ask me if something was wrong… at which point, I checked my Bill & realised that I had accidentally ordered 2 Teas when I wanted only one, so I responded to him saying, “Oh, I accidentally ordered 2 Teas instead of 1.” And I fully expected that to be the end of it but Eric, immediately gave me a Cash Voucher Card for HKD 20 saying, “Here you go, you can use this when you come next time.” I initially didn’t take the Voucher, saying, “Oh no, that’s okay, it’s my fault, not yours that I ordered 2 Teas instead of 1” but he just smiled and insisted I keep the Cash Voucher. Now… I may never use that Cash Voucher but Eric’s gesture really touched me and created so much positive Brand Equity for N+ Burger in my mind. And then things got even better – I sat down to eat my lettuce-leaf-wrapped Double Wagyu Classic Burger and oh my sweet god of all food well-cooked!! They should serve these in a soup-bowl!! The burger was sooo fresh & juicy, it was like biting into a Xiaolongbao; if you know, you know. By my last bite there was a big pool of juice inside by burger envelope, which I shamelessly slurped up! I’ve been living in Hong Kong for almost 5 years now and I am so happy & proud that a local Brand is making such high-quality food AND distributing it with such high-quality service! Well-done N+ Burger! And well-done Eric! At the end of my meal, I asked Eric if I could take a photograph of him to post with my review & he shyly agreed and then insisted on giving me a cute N+ Burger Pin – I mean, give this man a promotion already because Hong Kong usually gets a bit of a reputation for ‘efficient but not polite’ customer service but boy, does Eric know how to convert a first-time-customer into a customer-for-life!
This is 30 hkd you judge I won't judge. Go to five guys and you get refill Key is when I asked server if they can refill I found it I felt dumb that I asked. Totally not a pleasant experience. The owner should fire these servers. They belong to 茶餐廳
Decent burgers
Up to standard, a good choice among chain burger restaurants
Visited the newly opened N+ Burger branch in Fortress Hill to check out their location-exclusive items. We ordered the branch-exclusive Loaded Lava Angus burger combo and the ragout fries. The burger and the fries were fine and reasonable overall. The Loaded Lava Angus burger featured decent ingredients and a soft bun. The ragout fries came with a generous portion of toppings.
