Just had a beautiful Sunday brunch today at Osteria Marzia. We knew about the place from a friend and I am glad we took their recommendation. The restaurant had great ambience from the nautical design to the high ceiling with big windows. The place felt bright and vibrant. Charming crockeries as well, all in line with the motif. The food was delicious, a huge reason for us to comeback and try again. Everything was fresh and savory, you can tell that the chefs put a lot of attention to the details of each dish. From the first bite of the hamachi to the last bite of tiramisu, it was tasty and satisfying. And of course one of the highlights of our dining experience is the amazing team at Osteria Marzia. They were all so welcoming and made the place feel like home. Very attentive and open to answering all questions from us, even the silly ones. Shoutout to: Susmita, Éléonore, Laxmi, Catherine and Pratima for the wonderful experience that we had. Will definitely spread the word that this is the place to go to for an authentic Italian seafood dining experience, one of the best in HK!

Osteria Marzia offers breakfast that is offered to guests staying at the Fleming or as walk in’s. The breakfast can either be buffet style or à la carte. The buffet has a good variety of cold and hot foods from eggs and bacon to fruits, yogurts and salad. The coffee is great and the service top notch. The ladies in charge are super friendly, very attentive and will most likely remember you when you come back 😁 All in all, highly recommend visiting Osteria Marzia not only for dinner, but also the morning after🥐
First noticed this restaurant while researching about the hotel, The Fleming. Osteria Marzia is located on the ground floor with high ceiling and really nice decor inside. We came here for a late lunch; they have a set lunch option and a la carte as well. Last call was 2:30pm. The waitress dropped off some complementary bread with butter and sardines; it was surprisingly delicious! We also shared the Burrata Salad, cut opened and flavoured tableside. The soft burrata was so creamy and very delicious with the fresh cherry tomatoes, basil, olive oil and balsamic vinegar. The Lobster tagliatelle was also yummy!
We were there on a Saturday night for birthday celebration. We had the shima with pomegranate, red prawn tartare, spaghetti Brontë, pappa al pomodoro, grilled ma yau fish and a panna cotta. Food was delicious. Staff were nice and explained everything very clearly.
