We came all the way from Dubai to experience Le188 at the Grand Harbour Hotel in Hong Kong, and it was one of the highlights of our trip. The restaurant on the 42nd floor offers one of the most breathtaking sea views in Hong Kong. The panoramic scenery, combined with the elegant atmosphere, made for a truly memorable dining experience. A special thank you to our wonderful servers, Mike and Kristy, whose attentive and friendly service made us feel genuinely welcome throughout the evening. We also appreciate Amy Tang, the Marketing Communications Manager, for her warm hospitality and gracious attention. Our compliments to Chef Eric, who prepared an outstanding tasting menu. Every course was beautifully presented, full of flavor, and showcased exceptional culinary craftsmanship. The tasting menu offered excellent value for money and exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend Le188 to anyone visiting Hong Kong for its spectacular views, exceptional food, and outstanding hospitality. We look forward to returning on our next visit.

An unforgettable dining experience! The view is absolutely breathtaking and sets the stage for a truly memorable meal. The cuisine is authentically French, beautifully prepared, and simply delicious. The service is outstanding—warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. A special mention goes to Chef Eric, whose creativity, passion, and attention to every detail make the experience truly exceptional. His dishes showcase both tradition and innovation, resulting in a remarkable culinary journey. From start to finish, everything was perfect. A place that delights all the senses and leaves lasting memories. Highly recommended!

Recently I was invited to lunch at this restaurant. It was my first visit and I didn’t know what to expect. As I entered the restaurant I was impressed with the spacious dining area and the ceiling to floor windows all around. As I approached the windows I was captivated by the stunning views of the Victoria Harbour and TST Kowloon; it was simply breathtaking. Unfortunately that was all I can compliment about the restaurant. The food was appalling and of poor quality. The set menu priced at $598 was grossly overpriced for what we got. I know we probably have to pay a premium for the ambience and the great views, but I felt as if $400 was for looking out of the windows, and $200 for the food. The only enjoyable item on the menu in my opinion was the carrot soup. The crab meat salad as appetiser was disappointing to say the least. Both my friend and I were shocked to see that we were served crab sticks (probably bought from Wellcome supermarket) instead of freshly shelled crab meat. It was the most appalling unappetising starter we’ve ever had. We forgot to take a picture! The steak was the main course, but small, roughly about 100-150g. Overall dining experience was not great I must say. Are we rushing to go back for another meal? Not anytime soon unless there’s a markedly improved quality food on the table. Can’t help but kept thinking of the crab salad …a total rip off in my opinion! We’re giving our most sincere feedback with the hope that management can look into these matters and improve on providing customers with good dining experiences. You’re in a choice location with unobstructed views, and that’s a big plus! All the more you should capitalise on it and not compromise on the food quality to dampen the customer’s enjoyment of your beautifully crafted dishes. Only a few tables were occupied on the day of our visit, and we sincerely hope your restaurant will be filled to capacity one day.

Great views with delicious food. Pre booked the set dinner menu, food was great and portions were generous. Great views, perfect for date nights. Bring your own bottle of wine for $350.

We had an amazing dinner last week at Le 188, up on 41st floor. We got lucky - the weather was very clear so we were able to enjoy the view. Food was excellent and we enjoyed the live music. The services were phenomenal! We would definitely be back.
