This dizzying 31st floor Wanchai bar offers an incredible panorama of surrounding Wanchai, Victoria Harbour, and Happy Valley . A perfect place to grab a delicious steak and beer, while taking in all of Hong Kong's dazzling cityscape below you.

The clientele is a mix of people who have just gotten off work, and tourists who like steak. It is a much more casual atmosphere than many of Hong Kong's other rooftop bars, but dress smart casual - no ratty jeans, flip flops, or trackies.
