Great tasting Char Siu (roasted pork) with scrambled eggs and rice.
Good brunch or early lunch. Just be early enough to try their infamous "Bor lor bau Dan" basically, pineapple bin with big piece of scrambled egg with the salted butter in the middle. It's a heart attack on a plate but a must try and eat of this place. Usually sold out round 10:30am Another dish is the scrambled egg char siu rice. It's smooth and portions are just right. Also not fatty char siu rice which is rare outside. Just make sure to order less rice if you don't want too much carbs. It's only served after 11am. So be early and late. Just be on the right time to eat both. Time it well.
Very good breakfast food at Shun Hing! It was fresh, quick and reasonably priced. The staff were friendly and we didn’t need to wait long. I got the egg, rice and prawns. Prawns and egg were perfect, attention to detail on the rice was a little off. It was overcooked from the steaming lid. A little more bite to it r would have been perfect. It was served with a nice soy sauce. The pork chop was average.
