Premium sashimi was nice. Not my style of music but sashimi quality was nice. I like the icecreams. Food is good.

Your attention to detail and genuine warmth turned a simple meal into something really special. On top of that, the food was outstanding; every dish was perfectly prepared with top-notch quality and incredible flavors that kept me coming back for more. We received a warm welcome from our waiter, Sunny. The service was excellent, and the food was fresh with a great variety to choose from. The casual ambiance makes it an ideal spot for gatherings with family and friends.
We were craving for Japanese food for dinner after a day of shopping at Pacific Place HK, and came across Shiro 白鮨 on Level 1. We were seated in an open patio area, and it was spacious. We ordered and shared the Bento Dinner Set called Shiro Seafood Bento, and also added a bowl of Wagyu & Veggie Udon. The warabi mochi with red bean paste dessert from the set was definitely the cherry on top :) Staff were friendly and courteous, but could be more attentive because at times, it was hard to flag any servers down, when they are always serving customers on the OTHER side of the restaurant. Overall, still a very delicious meal.
We recently visited Shiro in Admiralty, and it turned out to be a wonderful surprise. The restaurant offers a sleek, comfortable setting—modern yet relaxed—perfect for an easy lunch with quality Japanese food. The highlights were definitely the uni and sashimi. Both were incredibly fresh, clean in flavour, and beautifully presented. The uni had that creamy, buttery texture that melts instantly, while the sashimi was cut with precision and served at the perfect temperature. You can really taste the quality of their ingredients. Overall, Shiro delivers a satisfying and enjoyable Japanese dining experience in the heart of Admiralty. Great for anyone craving fresh seafood and a solid, well-executed meal.
