The pizza was, as always, delicious. We ordered the set for four, and to our surprise, the pizza under the main course was a proper full-sized pizza (4 main for 4 person set). It was incredibly satisfying and offered excellent value for money. My favorite pizza was the Calabrese roman pizza, flavourful with a tint of spicyness, just so gooodd! 😋

We last visited Pizza Express in Harbour North in August 2025. This was the second time we visited Pizza Express Harbour North. We sat down and saw the menu and found that there was a substantial increase in price of the set menu. Last time we visited in August 2025 the set for 2 was if I recall correctly about HKD 388. Now the set for 2 is priced at HKD 418 up. Which means that some of the items you need to add extra cost. It’s a minimum HKD 30 or 8% increase in price. It could be more if you choose the items that you need to add extra cost. The increase in price is larger than the annual increase in salary, which is usually on average 2% to 3%. Before the Pizza Express in Taikoo Shing the set for 4 people was just below HKD 500. Pizza Express Taikoo Shing increased prices to what you see now at HKD 728 for set for 4 in Harbour North. A lot of people in the neighborhood didn’t go there anymore as it didn’t provide value and Pizza Express in both Taikoo Shing and Kornhill closed down. They are repeating the same mistake here in Harbour North. Like last time we ordered the set for 2 (HKD 418). We ordered baked potato skin with beef, quattro carni classic original, penne ai funghi pasta, ice cream (vanilla and chocolate) and two coke. We added on the superboost large size salad (HKD 158). We were first served the two cokes. We asked for water. They give you the water in the big bottle like at all Pizza Express. Not sure how they clean the inside of the bottle. Thus, not sure if it is hygienic. Among the food the Superboost large size salad came out first. It was nicely decorated on the large pizza plate the size of Romana. It tasted nice. But at the price of HKD 158 they could have added more salad and toppings to it. A few minutes later the baked potato skin with beef came out. They served you four pieces only. The size of the baked potato skin was small. It’s smaller than the ones that are served at Dan Ryans. Nothing spectacular about the taste of it. A few moments later we were served the penne ai funghi pasta. It came out in the deep pasta plate. I can see that they put a bit more so that you can see the pasta come out. Previously, pasta at Pizza Express was served on a normal plate and it was quite large portion. Now they changed the pasta plate to a deep pasta plate and the portion may not be as large as before. To try and match the previously served portion naturally the pasta must come out. Taste of the pasta was ok and tender. Then the quattro carni classic original pizza was served. Since it was an original and not Romana the size of the Pizza was small. But it tasted nice. Once we finished our meal we were served the two ice cream. Ice cream tasted ok. The delivery of the food was prompt. The waiter and waitress was always there to help if you need anything. Food tasted nice like before. But with the increase in price the value wasn’t matching. By increase in price we didn’t see the increase in the size of pizza served, increase in number of potato skin served or the increase in size of ice cream served. When we first entered the restaurant it was about 60% full. When we nearly finished our meal it was about 90% full. All the tables I saw came here with children. Parents coming here for their children. But when I observed them looking at the menu their jaw dropped and eyes became larger because of the increase in price. Like me I believe they all came here for the first time in the new year and surprised by increase in price. I am not sure if Pizza Express learnt from their experience of closing down their two branches in Taikoo Shing and Kornhill. Having Pizza is now becoming more of a luxury in Hong Kong. With the increase in price at Pizza Express I believe it doesn’t provide value. An option is for Pizza Express to reform the menu. To be honest you don’t need the desert and drinks included in the set. Water is just fine. You can take that out and reduce the price. Overall rating is a 2 because increase in price doesn’t provide value.

I recently had dinner at Pizza Express North Point, and I must say, the experience was fantastic! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the warm and welcoming atmosphere, largely thanks to Belen Gomez, the supervisor. Belen truly brightens the environment; her charm and dedication to ensuring a pleasant dining experience were evident throughout the evening. The food was equally impressive. I ordered a delicious pizza, and the portion sizes were generous—so much so that I found myself asking for a takeaway box! Everything was fresh and flavorful, making it a delightful meal. Overall, I highly recommend visiting Pizza Express North Point. Whether it’s the outstanding service from Belen and her team or the tasty, ample food, it’s a dining experience worth having. I'll definitely be returning soon!

Food was great but the service needs to be ungraded. We have to follow up our order every time before they serve. And when ordered all in they suddenly asked us to settle the bill while we are still eating. Though this dining happened during the busiest day of the year, hoping to have a better service next time we visit.

The food was genuinely delicious — the chicken wings were a standout, served hot, fresh, and packed with flavor. The Blood Orange fizzy drink was sweet, refreshing, and a great complement to the meal. The pizza didn’t quite meet expectations as it wasn’t served hot enough, which was a shame. The biggest downside was the service. Staff seemed disengaged and offered minimal support when asked about the menu or current promotions. It felt like customer service wasn’t a priority. Prices were reasonable, and the environment was comfortable enough for a relaxed chat with friends.
