DELICIOUSS genuinely had to savour every bite it was worth every dollar. Just the right savoury and sour and sweet and crunch. The ambience was also fantastic I loved the interior design with a lovely large rounded view of the city.
This New Year Poon Choi is suitable for sharing among 6 to 8 people, making it a great choice for festive gatherings. The takeout packaging is well done, keeping the ingredients quite fresh. The Poon Choi includes rich ingredients like abalone, fish maw, sea cucumbers, and large prawns. The taste is excellent, with a thick, flavorful broth that carries a strong seafood essence, making it hard not to go for another bite. Overall, the New Year Poon Choi from Shangri-La Ming Pavilion is delicious, perfect for family gatherings or as a gift for friends. Highly recommended!
Flavoured by Place, Seasoned by Time. Every dish tells a story, a tale woven by the hard work and heartfelt dedication of those who cultivate the ingredients for Fujian cuisine. From the hands that till the fertile soil to the skilled artisans who transform humble ingredients into culinary masterpieces. Ming Pavilion, with its meticulously crafted dishes, presents this love and devotion to every diner, showcasing the distinctive charm of Fujian cuisine. Featuring: Winter Seasonal Menu🥢
Ming Pavilion has nice decor that creates a pleasant atmosphere. However, the food was just average, and the staff seemed inexperienced, which affected the service. Additionally, there was no flexibility for guests with dietary preferences, making it difficult for some to enjoy their meal.
My husband and I had a delightful brunch at Ming Pavilion for our first taste of Fujian cuisine. We were thoroughly impressed and loved every dish we tried. Beyond the food, the service was impeccable. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our meal. The relaxing and elegant environment provided the perfect backdrop for a lovely brunch date. Our only small point of feedback is regarding the newly implemented 2-hour dining duration (I was told that it starts from October 2025). While we understand the need for turnover, it did put a slight pressure on what we had hoped would be a more leisurely experience, enjoying dim sum and tea at a slower pace. Despite this, our overall experience was exceptional. We highly recommend Ming Pavilion and can't wait to return.
