First trip to HK around the 2026 New Year time and I am so grateful for this hotel! For the price I paid during peak season it was within budget and great value for money while being located close to the harbour. Spacious enough by HK standards, very comfortable, with bonuses such as air purifier in the room. Very comfortable sleep and quiet room despite its busy location. My high rating is also because I got scammed from another hotel via Agoda and had to look for my own accommodation on the spot. Winky the staff member was very kind about my situation and managed to get a room for me at short notice.
The hotel is very convenient and clean. All the hotel staffs are polite and professional. Not too pricey and room doesnt have a weird smell at all. Also located in a quiet area. Closed to K11 mall I will definitely come back again🤎
Very nice hotel in Tasim Sha Tsui -Located near MTR East Taim Sha Tsui station Exit N1, N2. -Opposite with K11 Art Mall. -The price is acceptable compare with location. -They have many restaurant and convenience store around hotel. -We got room at 17 floor but the water pressure in the bathroom is very strong. -The room is so wide can store 2 luggage. -Hotel staff is very nice. -You can leave luggage at the hotel after check out.
Highly recommend this hotel. It is actually a small hotel. No big lobby. Although the rooms isn’t very large, which typical for HK, but it is spacious enough for 2 person with luggage, and its come with the amenities that hardly find in other hotel. The location is very convenient as it located nearby K11 mall with MTR Tsim Sha Stui station. Its also easy to find a late-night foods as the hotel located nearby a famous Ichiran Ramen and One Dim Sum in a walkable distance. The staffs are ver helpful and friendly. I stayed here for 3 nights with a group of friends, and even we encountered some difficult situation, the staff were eager assist without hesitation.
The best! The rooms we booked via agoda was amazing. It is exactly as in the pictures. We booked 2 rooms and both are cozy, clean, and complete with essential amenities. There is a vanity area with kit and blower. The rooms are always made clean - your not going to worry about your belongings. They also lend us iron with stand upon request. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash available in pumps. The area was amazing as there are restaurants surrounding the area. It is not uphill so best for senior citizens. Small 711 is only 1 minute walk. When you arrive you will have to give $500 for deposit per room returned during checkout. Check out was so convenient, no long wait, they just confirmed if we consumed any items from the mini bar. The staff they are all friendly, speaks fluent english, greets you everytime everywhere you meet them. The concierge also helped us how to go to Macau via bus, that was so helpful. ❤️❤️❤️
