A divine stay at the Hari - I cannot recommend it enough. We initially planned two night here, but extended our stay for the whole Hong Kong trip because we enjoyed it so much. Big shoutout to Almond and Anson at the front desk, who are the kindest, most helpful individuals. I stayed here for my birthday, and they kindly upgraded our room to a spacious corner room. The bed was HUGE and so comfortable, while the shower and toilet conditions were very clean. I’m a clean freak, and get worried about bathroom conditions often, but this hotel was truly 5-star in terms of cleanliness. Another big surprise was the concierge. Nic and the team coordinated with my partner to make arrangements for the birthday, sent dining recommendations, and where to buy local flowers. They had surprised the room with birthday decor and cake while we were out for dinner, and it felt truly special. While I didn’t have high expectations for the hotels during our Hong Kong stay, the Hari truly made our experience here. I would love to come back again!
Not a bad stay. Rooms were clean. Staff friendly and courteous. I think I expected a little more from the room but definitely not a bad stay. I wouldnt rate it a 4 star hotel in my opinion. Its more like a 3 star hotel. Appreciated the little touch of welcome. Location is good as well.
The Hari was a great choice for our trip service was incredible they provided an electrical converter and iPhone chargers for us since we had forgotten ours. Anything we needed they made sure we had. Rooms are very nice but just wished they were a little bigger. The Hari is in a great location walking distance to metro, bus , tram. There is a 7 eleven around the corner and many good places to eat near by. I would 100% recommend this hotel and would stay here again. I almost forgot to mention how great their Italian restaurant is please try when in Hong Kong.
We had a great stay at The Hari Hong Kong. Service was excellent throughout — friendly, attentive, and very professional. The hotel has a really nice vibe as well, modern and stylish without feeling overdone. Rooms were well designed and comfortable, and overall it felt like very good value for the price point. Location is also a strong plus — convenient for getting around and close to plenty of dining and shopping options. Would definitely stay again.
Just checked out after a 2 week stay here. WOW - the service was one of the best experiences we have ever had in a hotel. Staff were attentive and quick and all happy. The rooms on the small side (that’s HK) but super clean. Daily housekeeping, fresh towels etc. couldn’t have asked for anything else. I’d stay here again.
