Reviews
I had a wonderful experience with this hotel. The location is excellent—very convenient and well-connected, making it easy to get around and enjoy the city. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional staff. Everyone was professional, kind, and always ready to help. I would especially like to thank Mario from the housekeeping team, who went above and beyond by carefully keeping my forgotten glasses safe for two months and assisting in arranging their return to me. This level of care and dedication is rare and deeply appreciated. Thanks to this experience, I will definitely recommend this hotel to others and would be happy to stay here again in the future.
Very glad I chose to stay at this hotel for 4 nights. It is very clean and service is very welcoming. There is always help available via front desk, operator call and housekeeping. Hotel amenities are like five-star hotel and price wise is not too luxurious. I'm a Muslim traveller so all the halal food nearby really helps with breakfast, lunch and dinner. I hope to stay here again when I visit Hong Kong.
Room are clean. Heated toilet seat. Good management. Location is good 👍 Very nice Shanghai style restaurant downstairs inside the hotel.
South Pacific Buffet offers a delightful array of dishes, featuring vibrant salads, and flavorful desserts. The coffee is so good. The atmosphere is welcoming, perfect for family dining.
It's walking distance to many halal food (wai Kee duck rice, Islamic center canteen, taiba, yousaf Pakistani food, nepali food, capitol cafe, etc) Situated along Morrison Hill and Bowrington Market, you will see many fruit stalls, seafood and vegetable stalls. Truly the HK vibe. Rooms are decent, view of the streets of Wan Chai. Near to Times Square which is connected to Causeway Bay MTR station. Convenient, value for money and decent for my trip.
