Had a wonderful stay at Regent Hong Kong. The room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed, but the highlight was definitely the incredible view overlooking Victoria Harbour. Waking up to the panoramic harbour and Hong Kong skyline right outside the window was absolutely stunning and made the stay feel very special. The service was equally impressive. The staff were super friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. Every interaction felt warm and genuine, and the team was always approachable and happy to assist, which really added to the overall experience. The location is excellent as well, with easy access to Tsim Sha Tsui and the waterfront. Overall, a memorable stay with an amazing room, spectacular views, and outstanding hospitality. Definitely one of the best hotel experiences I've had in Hong Kong, and I would happily stay here again.

She warmly welcomed me, personally escorted me to my room, and explained everything with genuine kindness and professionalism. Her exceptional hospitality made me feel valued as a guest from the very beginning, and she truly set the tone for an amazing stay. The room itself was absolutely perfect. Every detail—from the incredibly comfortable bed to the elegant interior design and thoughtful amenities—showed the level of care and sophistication that Regent is known for. It was one of the most beautifully designed hotel rooms I have ever stayed in. The swimming pool was another highlight. The staff were always present, attentive, and proactive in ensuring guests could relax and enjoy the facilities safely. I returned to Jakarta last week and am only just now getting the chance to write the Review. My husband and I were absolutely overwhelmed by the service and all the wonderful surprises during our entire stay at The Regent, which far exceeded my expectations. This is truly the best hotel I have ever stayed at. From the incredible food to the flawless service across all departments—F&B, the lounge, concierge, and the front desk—everything felt absolutely perfect. An exceptional experience like this clearly reflects having an outstanding General Manager at the helm. Thank you so much... This was our 16th anniversary (which we celebrate in a different country every year), and this stay has been the absolute best. We deeply appreciate everything. The best hotel in Hongkong... connected with K11 Mall ... PERFECT!!!
I think this is my favorite hotel I’ve ever stayed at in Hong Kong. Every time I visit Hong Kong, what I love most is the view of Victoria Harbour. There’s something so special about walking along the harbourfront at night and taking in the incredible skyline. This stay was especially memorable because the hotel is located right on the harbourfront, making it incredibly convenient to go for a walk by the water whenever I wanted. The best part was being able to enjoy a completely unobstructed front-row view of Victoria Harbour directly from my room. Whether it was during the day or at night, the view was absolutely stunning. Waking up to this breathtaking scenery in the morning and ending the day with the same spectacular view is one of the greatest joys of staying here. On top of that, the service is exactly what you would expect from a world-class luxury hotel. After the renovation, the hotel feels beautifully refreshed, combining classic elegance with a modern and sophisticated atmosphere. Staying here has become one of the most unforgettable highlights of my visits to Hong Kong, and I would absolutely love to return whenever I have the chance to visit again.
. Located in an upscale area that is literally on the Harbor called Harborside) near the museum of art, the cultural center and the Peninsula Hotel. The one-bedroom suite is lovely but like all of the hotels so far in Asia, the only drawers in the room hold coffee and tea utensils, glassware and the built in safe. This means if you are not hanging up your clothes, they need to sit on a shelf or you use your suitcase to Rooms are totally renovated and modern utilizing wall panels with touch screens to manage the lights, the lights intensity, the ac temperature, the black out shades and even the snoozing light so you can see enough to use the bathroom facilities in the middle of the night. The sheets and towels are high quality and very comfortable. Breakfast is excellent but the lines are seriously long for a 5-star hotel. Their award-winning Chinese restaurant needs 24 hours advance notice if you want Peking Duck. Everything at this 5-star hotel is pricey but the service is top notch. The outdoor pool is lovely, there is a gym and a bar/lounge that doubles for high tea service and they have a singer play in the evenings. Hong Kong closes up on the early side with most restaurants closing by 10am and bars not long afterward. We were told that after covid most people do not go out weekday nights, instead heading home after work. There are a plethora of high end shops in the next door K11 mall. The ferry to Hong Kong island is a few minute walk. I went to the Ladies’ market, which was well, a market and you need to bargain for whatever you buy. The hotel concierge service is most helpful and quite good.
