I read some of the other reviews before staying here, but after booking (so I had no option to move). A lot of the criticism is fair: the air conditioning is loud, the rooms are small and bathroom is pretty tight. There are more comfortable beds in other hotels. If you are spending a night or two in the city like I was and it’s just a place to sleep, then I think this place is fine. Plenty of food options around, 7/11 just across the street, MTR is less than 5 mins away. Bring your own water and a book to read while waiting for the elevator. Admire the gilt tiled walls and the chandelier.

The location is absolutely top-class, right in the heart of the city and exceptionally well-connected by MTR, buses, and trams. While the rooms are definitely on the smaller side, it is a highly budget-friendly place to stay. A few things to keep in mind: Breakfast: There are very limited options available. Dietary Restrictions: The hotel itself is strictly not recommended for vegetarians, though there are plenty of vegetarian restaurants nearby. Service: The staff are super friendly, but the services they offer are somewhat limited. Ultimately, if you are looking for a spacious and highly comfortable room, this might not be the place for you. However, it is absolutely perfect for backpackers and budget travelers! Cheers and happy travels!

This hotel has been bashed for its small rooms and inadequate lifts. The building is clean and although small the rooms are comfortable.Breakfast buffet is simple but adequate as it's cheap. The hotels location is great .. Tip .. use the A1 exit very close to the MRT and Uber won't pick you up @ the hotel due to some error in the system . Staff are pleasent but not very interested in their work (Hong Kong hospitality workers are underpaid and over worked). If your only requiring a room to sleep .. It's good 👍

I had a great experience staying at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming and attentive. What really stood out to me was that they kindly allowed me to check in earlier than the standard time, which made a huge difference after a long journey. It was such a thoughtful gesture and really set the tone for the rest of my stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the amenities I needed. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was relaxing, and everything felt well-organized and professional. I truly appreciated the flexibility and excellent customer service. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.
