The hotel has a fantastic location in central Causeway Bay, with easy access to the MTR Station, Retaurants and shopping area. We stayed as a group of 3 and found the room to be larger compared to other hotels in Hong Kong. Breakfast was served as a set menu via vouchers. The quality was good, though the same 4 options were served daily during our 7-night stay. A bit more variety would make it perfect. Great experience overall.
Great location, rooms were adequate in size and well cleaned, cleaning staff were great. Remember that they do not supply toothbrushes anymore, so bring your own or you can purchase from the vendo at the lobby..Times square mall is right across the hotel..lots of small restaurants and dessert places around the corner. I've stayed at this hotel a couple of times already. I love its location because it's conveniently close to the MTR, shops, and restaurants. The front desk team was also nice and friendly. I was traveling with my siblings (one is a minor), and when we arrived early, the front desk offered an early check-in and also changed our room to one that has a sofa bed since she said they still had one available so we could all fit in the room and sleep properly. I highly recommend it and will surely return again.
We stayed here for four days while visiting Hong Kong. It's in Causeway Bay, which is in the middle of the city. It's about five minutes walk from the MTR station. The check-in process was quick and efficient. Big shout-out to Vivian Chan who was super friendly and professional. We're upgraded to a high floor corner room which was slightly bigger than the standard room. The room was clean and good size, especially based on Hong Kong standard. The furnishing was functional but basic, and it's a bit dated. There's also self served laundry service, which is a good touch. Overall, the service was excellent. it's a good value hotel and at a convenient location.
Our experience at the causeway bay holiday inn Express was outstanding. I suffer from severe dust mite allergies and the rooms with older carpet made me sneeze like no other, but the staff was incredibly accommodating in moving us to a room with newer carpet which seemed to help. Overall, service was outstanding with a free bag holding, early check in and free breakfast. The area is perfect for tourists and super close to the MTR station. Would definitely stay there again.
