The tour begins with hotel pickup* and head to Bird Market in Mong Kok, Kowloon. You will learn about the relationship between animals and humans as you see birds kept as pets or bought and released for religious purposes. *airport pickup available with a bit extra charges Next, visit the Flower Market, a favorite among locals. Explore dozens of flower shops and learn about the area's potential redevelopment, making this a last chance to see it in its current form. Continue to Goldfish Street, where you can see goldfish kept as pets. Then, head to the wet market, where locals come to buy fresh food every day. Discover the importance of freshness in Cantonese cuisine as you browse the seafood / meat / vegetables stalls. Finally, visit the Ladies' Market, a popular tourist spot where you can find souvenirs like 'Hong Kong' magnets or 'I Love HK' T-shirts.
