Description
The workshop is inspired by Hong Kong’s small home kitchens and offers a fully equipped co-baking studio for DIY baking without a live instructor. Participants follow an electronic guide to prepare items such as mooncakes, egg tarts, sago pudding, wife cakes, red bean pastries, and almond biscuits. Onsite assistants are available to provide help if needed.
This hands-on experience allows you to create authentic Hong Kong-style baked goods at your own pace. For classes with live instructors, a separate option is available.
