- Pick-up time is between 08:50 AM and 10:10 AM
- If the Ngong Ping Cable Car is closed for maintenance, transport between Ngong Ping and Tung Chung will be by coach
- During Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 3 or Red/Black Rainstorm Warning Signal, the tour uses coach transport instead of the cable car
- If the Tai O boat trip cannot operate, a HK$20 cash coupon is provided for use at Ngong Ping 360 souvenir shops
