This workshop offers a unique self-service co-baking experience, inspired by Hong Kong’s compact living spaces and demand for shared kitchen facilities. There is no live instructor; instead, you follow an electronic guide to bake various traditional Hong Kong pastries.
An assistant is available onsite to provide support if needed. Choose from a menu of baked goods including mooncake, egg tart, sago pudding, wife cake, red bean pastry, and almond biscuit. You bake at your own pace in a fully equipped kitchen.
