Meet your local coordinator at the designated public pickup area outside your confirmed Shenzhen border checkpoint. The exact meeting point and vehicle details will be provided before the activity. You will then be transferred to a professional health screening center, where examinations are conducted according to Grade III Class A hospital-level standards. Your comprehensive health screening covers common health risks and key indicators related to cardiovascular health, liver and kidney function, blood glucose, blood lipids, abdominal organs, eye and respiratory health, and selected tumor markers. The assessment includes height, weight, BMI, pulse, blood pressure, internal medicine, and general surgical examinations. Eye checks include general eye, fundus, and slit-lamp examinations. Imaging includes chest digital radiography and ultrasound examinations of the liver, gallbladder, spleen, pancreas, and kidneys. Male guests receive a prostate ultrasound, while female guests receive a uterus and adnexa ultrasound. Eligible married female guests may also receive a routine gynecological examination, vaginal discharge test, and cervical smear. Laboratory tests include a complete blood count, urinalysis, blood glucose, liver function, blood lipids, and kidney function. AFP and CEA tumor markers, a Helicobacter pylori IgG antibody test, and an electrocardiogram are also included. After completing the screening, enjoy a nutritious light meal and a short rest before your afternoon wellness experience. Continue to Hilton Garden Inn Shenzhen Nanshan Avenue and visit Kangyue Story inside the hotel. Relax with a 60-minute body spa designed to ease fatigue after the morning screening. Please inform the activity provider in advance if you have a medical condition that may make massage or spa treatments unsuitable. After the spa, enjoy a seafood buffet dinner with seafood, hot dishes, fruit, desserts, and refreshments. Selections may vary according to seasonal availability and the venue’s daily arrangements. Following dinner, choose a Shenzhen shopping district and enjoy free time for shopping, dining, or exploring. Your coordinator can offer recommendations and arrange transportation according to your interests, traffic conditions, the vehicle service area, and the opening hours of your selected return border checkpoint. Personal purchases and additional food, drinks, or services during your free time are not included. At the agreed time, your driver will collect you and transfer you to the previously confirmed Shenzhen border checkpoint for your return to Hong Kong. Your health support continues after the visit. Once your examination report is issued, you will receive one online consultation with a doctor or health coordinator, who will explain the key findings and health indicators. If abnormal indicators are identified, the coordinator will assist you in arranging an appropriate follow-up examination or medical consultation.
