Description

Discover Hong Kong Island beyond the usual sightseeing route on a private 7-hour guided journey that connects panoramic city views, traditional fishing heritage, a local kaito ferry crossing, seaside neighborhoods, and living urban history. Begin with pickup from your hotel or accommodation within the selected Hong Kong Island service area. Start at Victoria Peak, where you can take in sweeping views across Victoria Harbour, Central, Kowloon, and the surrounding hills. Continue to Aberdeen, one of Hong Kong Island’s historic fishing districts. Walk along the waterfront and discover how maritime communities shaped everyday life in this part of the city. Then cross Aberdeen Harbour aboard the local Aberdeen–Ap Lei Chau Kaito Ferry. This short ferry ride is part of the experience and offers a more local way to move between neighborhoods. Arrive in Ap Lei Chau and explore its fishing-community heritage with your guide. Visit Hung Shing Temple, a historic sea-god temple closely connected with the area’s maritime traditions, then walk through nearby streets and the Ap Lei Chau Market area to experience everyday neighborhood life. Continue along the southern coast to Repulse Bay for a short scenic stop with sea views before traveling on to Stanley. At Stanley, discover more than the market. Walk through the seaside neighborhood, see Stanley Waterfront, Murray House, and Blake Pier, and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of Hong Kong’s southern coast. The final part of the journey takes you to Wan Chai for a living heritage walk around the Blue House and Stone Nullah Lane. See traditional tong lau architecture, old neighborhood streets, and modern Hong Kong existing side by side. The route follows one continuous story: from Victoria Peak’s skyline to Aberdeen’s harbor heritage, across the water to Ap Lei Chau’s fishing community, along the southern coast, and finally into Wan Chai’s living heritage streets. The itinerary order and stop duration may be adjusted due to traffic, weather, ferry operations, parking restrictions, local regulations, and operating conditions.
