We enjoyed our birthday dinner here. The flavour was amazing and unexpectedly matched. Would definitely visit again! also Natasha and other staff provided really sweet services :)
The food is very delicious and the waitress Natasha is very friendly and nice. Almost every dish gave us surprise with the combination of ingredients and cooking style. You can feel that the chef had spent plenty of time to design the menu. We had a great time!
Absolute top-tier dining experience. The food is phenomenal—every dish we ordered was bursting with flavor and beautifully prepared. Service is hands down the best in the city, attentive without ever feeling intrusive. A special shoutout to Obama for being exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and taking care of us the entire evening. Can’t wait to come back.
We had an absolutely wonderful dinner at Honjo tonight! The atmosphere was fantastic, and every single dish was crafted to perfection. The braised beef short ribs with chestnuts were incredibly tender and packed with rich flavor. Another absolute highlight was the lobster and fish roe stone pot rice—the lobster was cooked to a perfect medium-well, and mixing it into the hot stone pot created an amazing contrast of textures. We also tried Korean rice wine (Makgeolli) for the very first time and instantly fell in love with it! A huge thank you to Natasha for her warm, attentive, and enthusiastic hospitality. She truly made our first visit unforgettable. We will definitely be back!
Honjo tasting menu with friends last night 🥂 The starters were light and appetizing, the spicy wagyu tataki was tender with a nice kick, the sashimi was sweet and melt-in-your-mouth fresh. The absolute highlight was the lobster tail cooked on a sizzling hot stone—smoky, juicy, and perfectly firm in texture. The hamachi kama nimono was also wonderfully braised, tender and full of savory flavor. For dessert, the black sesame crème brûlée was a stroke of genius—rich, creamy, and irresistibly aromatic. What truly moved us was the service team—they were incredibly passionate, patiently walking us through the menu, and their warmth filled the evening with laughter and joy. Great food, great friends— what a wonderful night!!
