Got in to HKG late so not much else was open. While most bars close the kitchen early, they were still serving food. And it was unique high quality Items too. They made a delicious burrata salad at midnight with fresh tomatoes, and a big ball of creamy mozzarella in the middle with basil sticking out of it. Smoked Salmon pizza was also amazing. Both items went Far beyond what you would expect from a bar at midnight, or even a regular restaurant during the day for that matter. The bartender was also very friendly and considerate about using the blender while baby was sleeping. Offered to bring it inside the kitchen but thought it was a good opportunity to go for a little walk around the block instead. Beautiful Safe area.
KonFusion Restaurant and Bar in Hong Kong delivers a delightful blend of comfort food and warm hospitality. The jalapeño cheese balls are a crowd-pleaser, crispy on the outside, indulgently molten within while the steamed chicken momos are a clear standout, juicy, well-seasoned, and served with care. What truly elevates the experience is the service: Amit was exceptionally attentive and courteous, embodying genuine warmth and kindness that made us feel truly welcomed. Good food paired with sincere human connection makes KonFusion a place worth returning to.
The food was ok and the service was good. the atmosphere is a bit dark and felt gloomy. I had fish and chips and they were fairly nicely done. The menu isn't very extensive bit probably has something for everyone. lt wasn't busy at 5pm on a weekday, and so plenty of seating was available.
Whenever we are in the area, we come to this place and so far, we haven't been disappointed. The lunch sets are not too expensive and good portions. Even the side salad can be shared by two people. The staff are friendly. If anything can be improved, it's the interior as it's very outdated.
