Light lunch with nice cocktails. Good atmosphere
What a fantastic bar/cafe/restaurant! Thanks to my good friend Max, I discovered this gem in the heart of Central. Elvis and Jay were amazing bar tenders and each of the three times I have visited, they have served up amazing drinks, food and service. Needless to say...I'll be back!
I’ve been frequenting JK on the Fifth for a while now. I love the chic atmosphere and vibe. Recently, JK on the Fifth has started to offer a fantastic Cocktail Making Class on Saturdays. Drew is an excellent cocktail maker and teacher. He is knowledgable about the art of mixology and teaches with passion and enthusiasm. While I don’t drink alcohol, I was still able to take the class and make non-alcoholic versions of a Fruity Shaken and Stirred Spirit-Forward drink. You have the freedom to use any of their ingredients, so there is room for experimenting. I even got to use the smoker to enhance my Stirred drink and the results were incredible. It was a truly enjoyable experience, it was very relaxed, fun and creative. I would highly recommend this experience to people who are interested in learning a new skill or expanding their cocktail/mocktail knowledge. By the end of the class, you will have learned how to use cocktail making tools and the basic concept of Cocktail Making. Thank you to Drew for his expertise and curating such a fun class.
A really beautiful spot in Pedder Building JK offers an amazing selection of unique and really well executed cocktails The bartender is amazing and really friendly making the experience very worthy I recommend the cinchona drink with yuzu. It’s sweet, with a slightly bitterness, making it extremely refreshing
