I went for a stretch session but this wasn’t an ordinary one. Jay is very knowledgeable and wanted to get to the root of the tension I was feeling. The movements we did also aimed to strengthen my muscle. I also tried the infrared sauna which was so relaxing!
Great stretch therapy session with Jay! Started with a quick interview about my issues/goals that led to a very productive session and instant relief + tips on possible next steps and retaining the benefits
We had a lot of fun doing tailormade couple workout here before :) The instructor was well prepared and passionate. There are a lot of assisting gears to maximize your result. Recommended for 1:1 training and couple experience! ^^
