For me the stand out experience is their facial - its the most effective manual massage I've experienced for lifting, and depuffing, even more so than many devices I've tried. Always leave with a bouncy, even complexion, defined contours and like I've actually slept!! Also the most luxurious sauna and cold plunge experience you can get in HK, love it

Honestly one of my favourite discoveries right in the centre of Hong Kong! 10x Longevity offers everything from hyperbaric oxygen therapy and red light therapy to infrared sauna, cold plunge, and some seriously impressive facials (microneedling, LYMA treatments) my skin has never looked better. If you're not sure where to start, The Circuit is the perfect formula - it combines multiple therapies in one session and I genuinely couldn't believe how good I felt afterwards. The team really know their stuff and make you feel so welcome every time. The space is immaculate, feels super luxurious, and the views over the city are honestly stunning. It's such a proper escape from the chaos outside. I always walk out feeling like a new person, can't recommend it enough!
