great price & location! the hotel is situated right next to a MTR stop and had a lift exit which made carrying the pieces of luggage much easier. lovely neighbourhood with many food & drinks gems nearby :-) wayne was also very hospitable and welcoming — a plus to our already great stay!
I would like to express my sincere praise for the hotel front desk team of EcoTree Hotel Sai Ying Pun, whose warm, efficient service set a wonderful tone for our whole vacation stay. Special gratitude goes to Ms. Fan, who stood out with thoughtful, personalised care that truly addressed every small need we had during our stay. She listened patiently to our requests, offered thoughtful tailored suggestions without being asked, and always greeted us with a genuine, friendly smile. Her heartfelt personal touch turned a regular hotel stay into a comfortable, memorable experience. It’s rare to meet such attentive staff who go out of their way to anticipate guests’ needs, and Ms. Fan is a fantastic asset to this hotel. We will absolutely choose this hotel again on our next visit, largely thanks to her outstanding service.
Spacious room with full amenities. Service is great. The SYP MTR is literally next to the hotel. I enjoy staying in the Hong Kong island line (blue line). It is well connected to many local attractions. The Ding Ding team is super affordable and well connected too.
The staff member, Tiffany, checked me in and kindly upgraded my room for my birthday. She even greeted me in Japanese by saying, “Otanjoubi Omedetou,” which made me feel very welcome. The location is excellent, with both the MTR station and convenience stores just a short walk away. It was also easy to find places for breakfast nearby. Since the hotel is located in the dried seafood district, there is a strong smell in the area. I got used to it later , but some people may find it unpleasant. Overall, the hotel is convenient, affordable, and offers great value for money. I would definitely stay here again.
We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was comfortable and clean, and everything we needed was easily accessible. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. A special thank you to Abby and Bosco for their excellent service and support. We would definitely consider staying again.
