This hotel met our expectations, rooms were tidy and clean, spacious enough to comfortably fit 2 large suitcases. The rooms had a separate shower and toilet, fridge and hair-dryer, also an iron is available from housekeeping if required. The location of this hotel is idea for the neighbouring stadium, but also provides a courtesy bus to take you to Kai tak railway stn, being only 5 stations away from the main city area. Breakfast was good, the bar and pool was very nice after a big day of travelling around the city. A comprehensive well setup gym on level 2 was great from an early morning session as well. James at the front desk looked after us well for check-in. Concierge was extremely helpful in guiding us to the best attractions and informing us to the best possible ways to experience what's on offer throughout the city and transportation. A great big thankyou to all the team at Dorsett Kia Tak.
Recently, I have been staying at the Kai Tak Dorsett Hotel for nearly a month, and it has been a stunning and wonderful experience. My guest room is neat and well maintained, and I’ve been especially enjoying the beautiful harbour views. I would also like to take this opportunity to express my sincere thanks to the Front Desk team, particularly Rony and Gary, for their cheerful smiles and efficient assistance in arranging everything smoothly. I’m also grateful to the Concierge team, especially Man, Leo and Sam, for handling my luggages and delivery promptly with sincere attitude. The team at the 2/F Café has been doing a great job as well. I hope to return for another visit very soon.
Rooms: Good rooms, beds, shower and room cleaning. AC is guite loud in lowest setting at night. Service: Very good room cleaning, top roof bar staff Nan and Wysei extra ordinary friendly and good company. Front desk staff very friendly. Lobby has free detox waters to drink when getting back to hotel from the day. Breakfast very great variation. Nice pool on roof top. Location: Good location to walk along the old airport place, nice views. Not special location, but the area is new built and looks good. Not much restaurants near by. Metro, uber, taxi moving came obvious to see around, prepare your octopus cards. The free hotel bus to shopping mall is very nice service.
We chose this hotel because of its proximity to the concert venue, and it definitely delivered on convenience. The location is perfect—just a short walk away, which made the whole experience so much stress-free. Despite being fully booked with lots of guests around, the front desk and staff managed everything impressively well. Check-in was smooth and the atmosphere never felt chaotic. A special shout-out to Coco, who went above and beyond when we had an issue with our TV. She was incredibly helpful and patient, sorting everything out quickly so we could relax and enjoy our stay. Really appreciated her warm attitude and professionalism. Would happily stay here again for any future concerts in the area!
