Enjoyed the 12th Anniversary with my wife here, feeling so much loved with the decent services provided by all the members in the restaurants. Having been to Amber, Arbor and other Michelin star restaurants, I do think it deserves the highest level of honor(3 stars). They are taking care of all perspectives, the food introduction, food quality, the greetings and service standard etc. What I would like to point out and appreciated the most is that they will guide customers to washroom every single time. We would be definitely coming back next time.
We came for dinner at L’envol for our wedding anniversary. They welcomed us with some drinks (sparkling tea). Then canapes. We went for 7 courses and they offered us extra courses and cheese! All the staff were very friendly and professional. They had so many side table service No wonder they have 2 stars 🌟🌟. Wonderful experience. Impressive service. Great food.
Nice meal experience, inside St Regis hotel 3/F. Tried lunch menu at HKD788! Start with crispy snack and dip. I picked prawn with caviar as starter, fish as main course and finished with think apple pie. It came with bread like Warm pretzel, sour dough and brioche. The prawn with caviar is delicious as I love sashimi, it’s full on of favours as it’s added with fennel and the sweetness of prawn and caviar! The main course is a grill Dory fish, the fish is wrapped with seaweed, quite a new experience to me for fish. Taste good but the portion is rather small. Desert is beautiful and yummy. The petite four is the best I ever tried!! I will come again to try their signature menu.
The 2nd time that I came back to L'Envol, I received a very warm greeting by the reception "Amy" and greeted by all service staffs along the way to the table. This time I and my husband came here at Lunch to celebrated our wedding anniversary. We had "Caviar Chronicles" that was amazing, the taste and presentation was incredible. Compliment to chef HWANG and kitchen teams to create such unique experiences and dishes, I felt some dishes had gimmick of Asian inside the flavor. I was so impressed and enjoyed. Also the desserts was amazing. I can say that was a beautiful meal from start until the end. I'm not just compliment to the food. However, the service team deserves praise for their efficient work and for creating a pleasant dining atmosphere. I received excellent service and attention to detail. The presentation of each dish and the overall service were exceptionally gentle and impressive. Thanks to Jerry, Ransley, Louis and Jake (Sommelier) to serviced us. -Apr 2026
We were here to have a new year's eve brunch and it is Excellent in all aspects! Posh environment with large windows, can see the nice weather outside. Professional staff that paid attention to details and control the flow very well. The food no matter its taste, matching and presentations were all marvelous! No wonder it's been awarded the michelin in consecutive years! We had really great times in here! So far all the restaurants in St. Regis never disappointed me!
