I had a great experience at Flat Iron Steak Anita. The steak was cooked perfectly—tender, juicy, and full of flavor. The portions were generous, and the sides complemented the meal really well. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The atmosphere was comfortable and relaxed, making it a great place for dinner with friends or family. Anita! We had a fantastic dinner at Flat Iron Steak in Sheung Wan, and Anita made our evening truly memorable. She was warm, attentive, and knowledgeable, offering excellent menu recommendations and checking on us throughout the meal without being intrusive. The steaks were perfectly cooked, juicy, and full of flavor, while the sides were fresh and delicious. The welcoming atmosphere, combined with Anita's exceptional hospitality, made for an outstanding dining experience. We will definitely be back and hope to be served by Anita again!

Fantastic food and first-class service! We visited the Flat Iron (right next to Motto by Hilton) and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The food was outstanding: I had the Wagyu steak, which was perfect, and my wife loved her Wagyu burger. The salad was also super fresh. I have to highlight the service—it was truly first-class. The staff was very attentive and really thought of everything. We felt completely taken care of and can absolutely recommend this restaurant! 5 stars!
Booked 3 all-day set meals from OpenRice, not expensive, each around 200 bucks (main + soft drink + dessert) • Service is very good, staff have plenty of smiles and are polite • The soda shows effort, with added lime/lemon • Main dish is steak + fries + salad • Fries and salad are average • The steak is actually the biggest letdown of the entire meal • Completely lacks beef flavor, the meat is tough and chewy, really hard to handle—I tried all three plates, medium/medium well, and different cuts of beef were all equally bad • Dessert is cheesecake + ice cream, taste is average, but the presentation is really terrible. Even though it’s included with the meal, could the portion be a bit bigger? Use a nicer plate to present it better, don’t just crudely stuff it into a Chinese-style dish, okay? • On a Friday night, the ground floor wasn’t even full, which probably reflects the food quality • With the tough market and no reviews yet, I couldn’t bring myself to give a negative rating, so I just gave it an OK. Hope the boss sees this and seriously improves the beef quality—after all, you guys specialize in beef… • In terms of price, it’s very attractive in Central/Sheung Wan, but this quality might not even match up to ordinary Western restaurants in the outer districts
