Reality vs. Expectations. What we book online is different from what room they give us. We arrive one hour early they told us leave our things and come back because the room is still not ready. So we ate lunch first and then we come back 2:30 we book one big room for 5 pax but theu are trying to give us 2rooms and on a different location and when go to that place the lady told us one room is ready and one room is still not ready 🤦🏼♀️ we complain because what we book online is one room and we have minors with us we cannot let them stay in the other room. So they told us to come. Back again to. The reception and they will give us another room. It is exhausting going from one place to another carrying our things. They give us one room with two. Bunk beds and one single bed it is small room Which i think that is not fair or equivalent to the amount that we pay. Disappointed cause it feels. Like we are being cheated or. Lied to. The location is perfect near to everything but the building itself needs some improvement.
Upon entering The building is crowded full of indian cuisine market style . But The floor is secure full cctv ,great location near at the train station and bus stop going to the airport and accommodating staff.
