Omakase Dishes: 1. Osmanthus Vinegar Mackerel Slices with Yuzu Soy Sauce Slicing the mackerel was a first for me, as I usually eat it whole. This time, the addition of osmanthus vinegar and yuzu soy sauce was a refreshing combination! 2. Two-Color Fish Roe Smoked Salmon and Cucumber Hand Roll Smoked salmon with fish roe, cucumber, and salad greens It's practically an emoji come to life! 🥗 So delicious! Very fresh, with a Japanese country flavor! 3. Crab Cake Miso Takoyaki (Single Person) A truly unique and different kind of takoyaki, with crab cake and miso, giving it a distinctly Japanese flavor! Highly recommended! 4. Cold-Cooked Abalone with Japanese Sauce The cold-cooked abalone is served in its shell, which the chef has already peeled for you before eating, making it easy to eat. Then, add the Japanese sauce! Absolutely delicious! 5. Seafood Eight-Treasure Platter for One: Fried shrimp, fried crab, fried oysters, fried capelin, fried octopus, fried takoyaki, fried scallops—it's all so delicious! A complete Japanese seafood tempura feast! 6. Teriyaki Whole Mackerel: Mackerel is one of my favorite fish. Grilled whole, it's incredibly flavorful! It's even longer than your and my noodles! I've never had such delicious mackerel! 7. Mentaiko and Hand Feather Dumplings: Mentaiko stuffed into hand feathers, instantly transforming it into a dumpling-like dish. Bite into the hand feather, and you'll immediately see the mentaiko—a new way to enjoy it! No need to order just mentaiko; it's no longer monotonous! 8. Angus Bitten Beef Toast or Foie Gras Toast: The beef chunks are fresh and delicious paired with toast! The foie gras melts in your mouth; the texture is simply amazing! 9. Black Truffle, Double Cheese, and Pearl Rice Stuffed with Baked Giant Brown Mushroom The giant brown mushroom 🍄🟫 is huge, about the size of your fist! Isn't that amazing? Black truffle, cheese, and pearl rice, the baked brown mushroom completely absorbs the flavor of the black truffle and cheese, so flavorful! 10. Rose Black and White Durian Balls Rose petals are scattered on top of the black and white durian balls, with every bite, the durian inside, the durian aroma, and the durian flesh permeate your mouth!
Delicious food, lovely staff, and fair prices. They also offer dinner set discounts during the week.
Went there last Wednesday for lunch. Had avocado salad set with cauliflower rice, plus add-on “salmon sashimi” flower which made a perfect keto diet. The avocado was ripe and fresh and the salmon was good too. Finished with a hot Americano. The coffee tasted even better when it cooled down. The owner gave me another iced Americano when I told him that. Wonderful small eatery, sure will come again.
The Americano is super! Many choices of tea set, adding a pastry with coffee is just $48, good taste and good deal!
