Excellent pasta, appetizer and dessert ok. Though a bit pricey for the casual environment, we will definitely come back just for the pasta We loved the burrata+ pistachio pasta. It's rich flavor goes well with the thick pasta. The ox cheek & pickled walnut ragu was excellent 👌. However the beef tartare was a bit disappointing - the beef itself has no flavor & was not seasoned, and the salted fried potato strips dominated the whole dish. The Mont Blanc chestnut + raspberry cheesecake had a bit too much strong flavours.
tried to book many times before but could never get a table – finally made it this time! The space is small but the atmosphere is great, and every course from appetizers to dessert was a hit 💯 🥩 Wagyu beef tartare Silky and tender with no gamey taste 🧀 Burrata and fig mostarda Gooey burrata cheese with fig jam – fresh! 🍝 Nduja Reginette The MVP of the night 🏆 The mildly spicy 'nduja sauce coated every wavy ribbon of pasta perfectly 🍄 Truffled forest mushroom tagliatelle Springy pasta with truffle aroma in every bite~ 🍰 Mont Blanc chestnut & blackcurrant cheesecake The perfect sweet-tart balance to end the meal! 🍸 Mocktails x2 Grapefruit soda & Hibiscus earl grey fizz – both refreshing and palate-cleansing 😋
the Ox Cheek Ragu Pappardelle was a dream come true! 12-hour slow-braised ox cheek made it incredibly tender and bursting with amazing beefy flavor. The handmade pappardelle was perfectly al dente, soaking up every drop of that rich ragu – utterly satisfying! The Octopus And Squid Ink Ragu Creste D Gallo was a fun and intriguing dish; tender octopus and creste di gallo pasta, almost indistinguishable with the cool squid ink, offered a wonderful, chewy texture! the Tomatini was like a dream for any dirty martini lover – savory, sophisticated, and absolutely perfect! It paired so incredibly well with all those creamy pastas
Food was amazing. Ox cheek Pappardelle and nduja reginette were amazing. Both are must order dishes. Burrata with fig mostardo was great as starter too. It’s a small venue (19 seats) so book or go early
My 4th visit, this place is always my go-to for casual Italian. Not as packed as before since they’ve opened more branches. Food was as good as usual, with portions just right. Beef tartare stood out among the small dishes. Only downside: our pastas came at different times, one friend finished before the second was served, and the third took even longer. Dessert wasn’t my favorite, but overall still a solid spot for a casual meal
