I’m giving it 10/10 for the great environment. It’s clean, nicely organized, not so packed, and most employees being very friendly. There is one guy named Jeremy who is very rude. He pointed and called me to return the bar to the rack. The actual situation is that the bar was not returned before I used it. After I explained this, he just went away without an apology until I pointed out to him and he acted crazy…. Is this how you treat your client? I have not seen or experienced this kind of behavior anywhere else. My understanding is that he is too young for this job…he looks like 18…..Wouldn’t it be nice if you could get rid of this kiddo…
This is a really nice clean weights gym,although there are treadmills and some other cardio equipment, this gym is mostly focused on weights, which suit for my needs. Classpass is the way to go if you are not using the weekly pass. Most of the ppl speak English and lots of Americans.
One of the most well equipped gyms I’ve been to ! Nautilus, Atlantis, Panatta, Hammerstrength, and the list goes on. I always get a week pass when I come here which is super reasonable. Changing rooms and shower facilities are excellent and the staff is great. Ps. Great location and right next Sheung Wan MTR. Thank you Dan & Ziggy!
Excellent gym. Not huge, but a lot of equipment, very modern and well maintained machines. Day pass is overly expensive, however they are also available on ClassPass and it is cheaper there. It was very quiet when I was there, only a handful of people, and it was on a weekday at 17.30… Wish all gyms back home were like this!
